On November 7, 2015, thePeople’s Republic of China and the Republic of Singapore issued the Joint Declaration of People’s Republic ofChina and the Republic of Singapore on Establishment of an All-RoundCooperation Partnership. The declaration pointed out that the two sidesagreed to set up the third inter-governmental cooperation project in western China,and Chongqing Municipality was selected as the project operation center. Financialservices, aviation, transport logistics and information and communication technologyare key areas of cooperation, and the project was named as the China-Singapore(Chongqing) Strategic Interconnection Demonstration Project.

In this opportunity, TahotaChongqing Office partner Lei Wang’s team and lawyer Xiaodong Pei’s team had officiallysigned contracts to provide full legal services for three cooperation projectsbetween Chongqing Airport (Group) Co., Ltd. and Singapore SATS Group, SingaporeChangi International Airport, i.e. a ground services project, a commercialproject and an airline catering project, as well as to provide full legalservices for Singapore ProLogis logistics park project.
